Incredible high quality figure

The figure was absolutely beautiful and packaged very nicely. The only problem was with shipping. I had to reach out multiple times for updates because I was never notified when the item shipped. I was told a to expect it on a later date but the item was shipped earlier than what I was told to expect it. I wasn’t sent a tracking number until 2 weeks later, and I ended up missing delivery twice, which made the process stressful and confusing. I had to keep reaching out just to get updates. That said, I am really glad I received my item in perfect condition. The seller did respond to all of my questions later on and was helpful once I was able to get in contact with them.
