- The Phicen Seamless Body System has been developed over a span of three years by engineers, material experts, and artists who are passionate about scale model figures. We conducted countless tests to emulate realistic anatomical features like skin texture, movement, and subtleties of the human body. The proportions and height of the models are based on the height of an average woman, 168cm-tall (1:1 scale) converted to 28cm tall (1:6 scale).It is another revolution in the simulation human body field.
The internal skeleton armature of the seamless body system is made from durable stainless steel to withstand playability without being easily damaged or corrupted. Each armature has 26 points of articulation, using ball-jointed system, for maximum flexibility and movement. Each joint is designed to move freely and consistently with 90% accurate human movement. With the slightest effort, the bodies are capable of making countless dynamic poses to imitate the attitude, posture, and energy of any character.
The steel metal armature is wrapped with a non-toxic-environmentally friendly medical-grade material specially developed for Phicen bodies. beautiful doll
The package came in nice and clean. Guess I'm lucky the store is in the same state as I had not so mint condition boxes received overseas and out of state. The doll face matches the body color nicely, which I couldn't say the same for some of the other dolls with head sculpt already on.
The body is nice to the feel but definitely needs care. Really not a toy for your kids to mess around with. Guess you already knew that. ;) The stand and the bikini set is flimsy at best, so needless to say, you will have to fork over more money to buy a new outfit and stand if you want something nice. The sculpt has minor molding shape on private parts and some coloration but not really accurate. This is not one of those "emulatory" body type as it puts it.
The hair on the head sculpt needs some improvements but not that bad, considering the cost of the doll overall.
I would definitely keep an eye out for future versions and this one's a keeper. -
Flexibility is excellent
The new stainless steel skeleton really makes these Phicen figures much more fun to pose. The photos are closer to the actual skin tone than the "suntan" figures. I'm still not pleased with the head and face. Not as nice as the photo depicts. This isn't Ekia Hobbie's fault, but rather the marketing by Phicen.
